Roberto Santiago is a Brazilian developer and entrepreneur. He started involving in business activities at a very tender age when he began a cartonnage company. The company was designing and manufacturing cardboard folding cartons which Roberto later sold to several companies. Since then, he has moved to real estate and development business.
The Manaira Shopping Mall
In 1989, He bought a large chunk of land in Joao Pessoa and developed Roberto Santiago Manaira Shopping Mall, the city’s most iconic building. The mall which took two years to complete is not only the largest shopping mall in the state of Paraiba but also harbors a variety of shopping options and family entertainment hubs.
Many residents of the city find their way to the mall on a daily basis to enjoy the range of services offered. The Domus Hall
The mall was designed such that the rooftop holds a concert hall, the Domus Hall. The lobby, which was completed in 2009, is fully air conditioned and holds events such as concerts, exhibits, conferences, and fairs. The hall is planned in a two-storey structure design and has the capacity of 10,000 people.
The entresol is fitted with individual cabins where people can engage in private affairs and enjoy lounge music. The ground floor is large and mostly holds significant public events. Roberto Santiago received his degree in Business Administration from University Center of Joao Pessoa. He also passed through Pio X-Marist College for his college degree. It has taken Roberto over twenty years to develop Manaira Mall into a hub that will attract people from all corners of the states.
