The success story of Andy Wirth

Andy Wirth is the grandson of Conrad Wirth, former US National Park Service director and the great grandson of Theodore Wirth. He is currently the president as well as CEO of Squaw Valley Ski Holdings, which is the parent company of Alpine Meadows and Squaw Valley ski resorts located in Olympic Valley, California, just North of the beautiful Lake Tahoe. Andy Wirth has worked in the hotel and mountain resort business for the past 25 years and his career first began with the Steamboat Ski and Resort Corporation and associated parent companies. He became chief marketing officer in 2007 and in 2010 moved to Squaw Valley to become president and CEO. A man of service, Andy is involved in many community service projects and has received many awards in recognition of his contributions to his community.
